Together, we bring over 170 years of combined care experience within Llys Gwyn itself — that’s an average of more than 8 years of dedicated care from each member of staff. This doesn’t even include the wealth of additional care experience many of our team have from other services before joining us. Many of our staff have been with us for years, and we’re proud to have built a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and part of a real family.
We’re a close-knit team who share the same goal — to make every day as comfortable, safe, and happy as possible for our residents. Whether it’s providing direct care, preparing meals, running activities, or keeping the home running smoothly, every role here plays a part in making Llys Gwyn special.
